Sitting at the table with Jomie, Stan, Eleanor and Tonya. Eleanor's B&B is in full swing. On tap for dinner is German sausage from a local restaurateur and friend of Jomie's and veggies from the market.
A good group of friends dropped by after Jomie had her nap today. The neighbor across the street also brought over a virtually new deluxe wheelchair that allows her to keep her feet up to reduce swelling and even lets you take the arm rests off so it's easier to get in and out of.
I hadn't mentioned this before but a close friend of Jomie's was on the hook for the trauma care she received the first night in Puerto Vallarta. I was able to close that outstanding account today so we are almost finished paying all the major bills. Lots of money, but pretty cheap for being able to keep your legs.
I'll try and get a summary of treatment and expenses together over Christmas week, but that's just admin, the good news is she continues to do well and I hope that's all I have to write about for the next three months. ;-)
