Busy morning. We got Jomie out of bed and into the wheelchair. We transferred her to a chair in the shower so she could really get clean and wash her hair. She was able to stand on the left leg with the repaired femur and pivot herself so that really helped as we moved between chairs, toilet, etc.
Redressed the bandages on the few abrasion burns on that leg and she was ready for a sunny day. Tonya has her outside in the garden surrounding the chapel right now soaking up the sun (click link for iPhone photos). Lots of other pictures but they are trapped in my camera until I can get home. ;-(
Still on track for her to go home Tuesday. Once she is really solid on the left leg and can use crutches to pivot from a chair to bed, etc., it will be much easier for her friends to help care for her at home.
