Another pretty day in Tepic.
Dr. Gilberto Luna, her orthopedic surgeon, changed the bandage again this morning. Everything continues to look good. The abrasion burn still requires the most care. He wants this bandage to stay on for a week to let the skin heal. He will ask a fellow doctor in La Penita, near Jomie's house, to drop by and change the bandage next week. She'll come back to Tepic in 2-3 weeks to see Dr. Luna.
He said no special physical therapy is needed as her normal movements will be sufficient now.
He will determine future therapy when he sees her next time. Mostly he just wants her to take it easy and rest..heal.
Still on track to go home tomorrow.
